If your purchase went through but you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few minutes, it is typically due to one of two things:
- It ended up in your spam filter: Check your “Spam”, “Junk”, or “Promotions” folders. Some email clients are very strict and sort order confirmations automatically.
- A typo in your email address: It happens very easily, for example, if you accidentally write .co instead of .com, or a typo slips into the name.
