My booking was cancelled. What now?

You naturally do not lose your purchase. Even though your booking is cancelled by the host, you still have the following three options:

  1. Find a new time: You can easily choose another available date in the host’s calendar directly via your profile. Log in with your booking code: https://truestory.dk/booking/login/
  2. Exchange for another experience: You always have a free choice to exchange your voucher for a brand new experience in our selection. Exchange here: https://truestory.dk/byt-oplevelse/
  3. Request a refund: If you would rather get your money back, you can of course have your purchase refunded. Refund here: https://truestory.dk/refundering/
