As a general rule, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means you can freely change your booking up until 3 days before the experience.
Please note: Some experiences have special rules that differ from the 72 hours. If this applies to your experience, it will always be described under “Guidelines for the experience” at the bottom of the product page.
