How you book your experience varies slightly depending on whether the host uses our booking calendar or not. Here are your options in the two different situations:
If the experience has a calendar that is fully booked: Our experience hosts update their calendars regularly, but during high seasons or high demand, spots can sell out. If you cannot find a date that suits you, you can do the following:
- Check the calendar again in a few days: Hosts regularly add new times and dates, so new opportunities appear quickly. It can also happen that other guests cancel their bookings, freeing up more spots.
- Contact the host directly: If you have a very specific date in mind, you are always welcome to contact the host directly. Sometimes they can make an exception or find room for an extra set of hands.
- Take advantage of the long validity: Your Truestory voucher has a long validity period. You can therefore easily wait for next season’s dates to be released.
If the experience does not have a visible calendar (but can be purchased): For some of our experiences, we unfortunately do not have direct access to the host’s booking system. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend that you contact the host directly to see if there is availability.
