If you do not yet have an active booking, you have a free choice among all our experiences. If, on the other hand, you have an active booking, you must first make sure to have it cancelled.
Once you have completed an exchange, you will receive a new gift card with the same expiry date as the original.
If the new experience is more expensive, the price difference can be paid directly during the exchange process. If your current experience has a higher value than the chosen experience, you will receive an open value gift card for the difference via email, which can be used to purchase another experience with us.
You will naturally also receive an order confirmation for your new experience as well as a link to redeem it. Remember to choose the correct number of people during the exchange.
How to exchange your experience:
- Visit our website to see all available experiences. Note the name of the experience you want.
- Go to this page: https://truestory.dk/byt-oplevelse/
- Enter your 9-digit booking code and click “Verify”.
- Enter the name of the desired experience and select it.
