First, make sure you are using the correct type of code in the correct field:
- Order ID: Has the format TS- followed by 6 numbers, e.g., TS-123123. This code should never be used for redemption.
- Booking Code (9 digits): You have this code if you have a voucher for a specific experience. It is a 9-digit code consisting of letters and numbers. This is redeemed here: https://truestory.dk/redeem/ by selecting “Booking code”.
- Gift Card Code (10 digits): You have this code if you have a value gift card. It is a 10-digit code consisting of letters and numbers. This must be used as a payment method and not as a discount code. Under “Complete your order”, you must choose “Pay with” and then “Truestory gift card”. Enter the gift card code here and click “Apply”. The amount will then be deducted from the experience’s price, and you can complete the purchase.
If the experience costs less than the gift card’s value, the remaining amount can be used for a later purchase before the expiry date. If the experience costs more than the gift card’s value, you must pay the difference by choosing an additional payment method. Note that you cannot combine multiple Truestory gift cards in this case.
